Location of the Show: We are pleased to announce that Casa Luisa Show will take place in La Fortuna de San Carlos , a charming location infused with the rich Costa Rican culture. Transportation: Please note that transportation is not included in our services. We recommend our visitors to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue of the show. An Uber typically costs around $4 to $5 from the Downtown. Cancellation Policy: We want to ensure that your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the show starts. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to show up, unfortunately, no refund will be offered. Reservation and Payment: To reserve your spot in our exciting show, we require a 30% deposit of the total ticket cost. The remaining payment can be made upon arrival at the show. Alternatively, you can also pay the full ticket price in advance to secure a prime spot and avoid any inconvenience at the time of the show. In case your plans change, you have the flexibility to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the show day and receive a full refund of 100%.
